  • Support class and event planning, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Studio Manager on team meetings and community initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for prospective and new students.
  • Learn and communicate Rae Studios’ classes, programs, services, pricing, and policies to effectively support sales and customer transactions.
  • Drive new student acquisition, retention, and membership enrollment.
  • Conduct new student calls and follow-up communications via phone and email.
  • Follow up with new students to gather feedback and support their customer journey when needed.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries through phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage and follow up with outbound leads through phone, email, and Instagram.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity.
  • Help create and distribute marketing materials for classes, special events, and studio programs.
  • Support the planning and execution of Spotlights, Special Events, Member Perks, and other studio initiatives by assisting with:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with occasional supervision.
  • Comfortable with sales, lead follow-up, and customer outreach.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing and/or inbound/outbound sales.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and YouTube.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in dance, fitness, the arts, or community-based businesses is strongly preferred.
