Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy
- Ensure brand consistency across website, social media, email, and print materials
- Lead storytelling and impact messaging efforts
- Support fundraising campaigns through strategic communications
- Draft press releases, announcements, and public messaging
- Coordinate with program teams to highlight impact and outcomes
- Monitor engagement and recommend visibility strategies
- Identify partnership and media exposure opportunities
- The Volunteer Director of Marketing & Communications will lead the development and execution of a cohesive messaging and visibility strategy across all programs.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, communications, branding, or nonprofit engagement
- Strong writing and storytelling ability
- Strategic thinker who can also execute
- Experience managing digital platforms and social media
- Passion for mission-driven work and community impact
