Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Vice President of Marketing owns marketing execution, spend discipline, and results for Service Champions. This role translates Service Champions strategy into local execution, partners tightly with Operations, and ensures marketing drives profitable growth.
  • This leader is also the single owner of the MVP (Maintenance Value Plan) program, responsible for growth, performance, and cross‑functional execution.
  • This is a results role, not a brand role

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in marketing leadership
  • Proven ownership of meaningful budgets
  • Experience managing multiple vendors at once
  • Strong project management track record
  • Direct experience partnering with operations or service delivery teams
  • Home services, construction, or multilocation experience strongly preferred

Preferred

  • Membership or subscription program experience is a plus
