Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Leadership & Brand Strategy
  • Lead and oversee Arktos Life Sciences’ global marketing and communications strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, scientific positioning, and growth objectives.
  • Define and strengthen Arktos’ brand identity as a trusted biotech and blockchain innovation leader.
  • Develop consistent messaging across scientific platforms, data infrastructure solutions, and ecosystem initiatives for institutional, research, and Web3 audiences.
  • Ensure all marketing and communications initiatives reinforce credibility, trust, and thought leadership across life sciences and decentralized ecosystems.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy & Demand Generation
  • Design and execute integrated go-to-market strategies supporting biotech platforms, data solutions, and ecosystem-driven products.
  • Lead demand generation, partner acquisition, and pipeline development in collaboration with business development, research, and executive leadership.
  • Develop targeted marketing frameworks for pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, healthcare organizations, and DeSci communities.
  • Optimize stakeholder journeys, engagement models, and conversion strategies across digital, institutional, and community channels.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications leadership within life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, or advanced technology sectors (e.g., Web3, AI, data platforms).
  • Proven success in building and scaling global marketing and communications functions in complex, innovation-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of biotechnology, healthcare ecosystems, or data-driven scientific platforms; familiarity with blockchain/Web3 is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, thought leadership, communications, and go-to-market execution.
  • Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills across scientific and institutional audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field required; MBA, PhD, or advanced degree preferred.
