Vice President of Growth Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead generation & advertising
• Paid search and Google Local Services Ads (LSAs)
• Paid social
• Connected TV & video
• SEO, local and multi-location SEO across ~100 branch markets
• Website and conversion-rate optimization (CRO)
• Direct mail
• Print and offline advertising
• Offer testing
• Incrementality and ROI measurement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years in marketing with a focus on B2C customer acquisition / demand generation, including experience leading a team
• Experience in B2C multi-location and/or field-based businesses strongly preferred
• Deeply analytical, with a focus on CAC, CPL, ROAS, and measurable ROI
• Proven track record managing successful cross-channel acquisition programs at scale
• Strong project-management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to run many efforts simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – experienced in executive presentation of marketing efforts
• Track record collaborating with cross-functional teams and non-marketing operators

• Focuses on strategy over just “adding channels” – how to reach the right audience and where that audience will be
• Experienced leveraging AI to drive team efficiencies and growth objectives
