Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Vice President of Development. The role involves overseeing the planning and execution of fundraising initiatives including annual and planned giving, building partnerships to drive philanthropic efforts, managing budgets, and overseeing related programs. The Vice President will also lead teams, establish and manage project goals, and ensure alignment with Trenzi’s mission and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Planned Giving and Annual Giving for fundraising programs
• Strong skills in Budgeting and Project Management
• Demonstrated understanding of Philanthropy and donor relations
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities
• Proven track record in managing and fostering successful partnerships
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Experience in developing strategies for start-up or growth-phase companies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
