Job Summary

Own cross-channel HCP marketing for a hematology portfolio with tight KPI discipline and asset mgmt oversight.

  • Own multi-channel plan execution for key HCP segments and ensure brand alignment with KPIs.
  • Drive compliant asset development and timely MLR approvals across Medical, Legal, and Regulatory reviews.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Omnichannel to optimize impact and execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute the commercial marketing plan for key HCP segments across media, digital, print, and omnichannel
  • Ensure all tactics align with brand strategy and drive KPIs and goals
  • Apply strong project management to deliver on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
  • Measure impact of marketing initiatives against goals and optimize plans
  • Proactively generate ideas to evolve strategy and execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing asset inventory management and fulfillment
  • Support pull-through, training, and rollout of key initiatives as needed
  • Collaborate with MLR reviewers to ensure brand materials meet medical, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Align with MLR reviewers on approval timelines to maintain efficient review cycles
  • Develop understanding of hematology, relevant disease states, and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Candidate must be located within the Eastern or Central Time Zone
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales
  • 2+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or life sciences industry with direct or client-facing exposure
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to support business objectives
  • Strong business judgment with commitment to ethics, compliance, and quality
  • Self-motivated and proactive with ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional support
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Preferred

  • Experience in hematology, orphan or rare disease, or specialty pharmaceuticals
  • Willingness to learn or prior experience managing MLR review processes
  • Formal or informal project management experience is helpful
  • Experience supporting multiple brands or indications
  • Ability to evaluate performance metrics and optimize marketing plans
