Job Description

Responsibilities

Under supervision, social media and content creation/marketing tasks such as assistance in managing our social platforms
Assist with development of employability-focused opportunities and resources for young people.
Strong writing, verbal communication and teamwork skills
Monitor social media accounts daily to ensure we are providing timely and appropriate replies and interaction with our followers
Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Proficient in Social Media skills required; will train on organization-level social media, but must have a working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Attention to detail and copywriting skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent work ethic and dedication

Preferred

An advanced understanding of public relations, social media, and its purposes and tools preferred including video and audio production
An interest in social media marketing, government and/or non-profits and communications preferred
