Responsibilities

• On-site Brand Ambassador: Educate customers and Budtenders with Timeless product knowledge, promotions, and merchandising standards.
• Event & Merchandising Execution: Set up booths, stock materials, attend dispensary events, and travel occasionally to support Timeless activations.
• Insight & Reporting: Track interest, questions asked, samples distributed, and provide feedback to improve trainings and promotions.
• Maintain customer flow awareness and staff brand engagement to optimize in-store experience.
• Demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise on Timeless products for diverse audiences.
• Be onsite for dispensary events and activations to drive engagement.
• Distribute apparel, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials to source new sales opportunities.
• Report on demonstration-related information and lead consumers to Timeless products.
• Keep up with Blitzs, ISA, and Budtender training schedules for designated territories/accounts.
• Go through full product training and test out at 90% to pass.

Requirements

• Contract work is limited to no more than 30 hours per week.
• Contract work will generally take place Thursday - Saturday (PM Shifts - late afternoon/early evening)
• Occasional shifts available Mon - Wed if needed (PM Shifts - late afternoon/early evening)
