Responsibilities

• This isn't your typical content creator role. You won't need to build a following, film edited videos, or manage an account. Your job is simple — go live, engage authentically with viewers, and present products the way we train you!
• We handle everything behind the scenes — product selection, strategy, scripting, and performance optimization — so our hosts can focus on one thing: showing up and delivering.

Requirements

• 2 fluent English speakers
• 1 fluent Spanish + English speaker (bilingual)
• Availability required: Available between 2PM – 12AM EST, Monday–Sunday
• Must be available for at least 2 out of 3 weekend days
• Flexibility for 1–2 weekday days off is acceptable
• Must have a reliable phone, stable WiFi, and a decent filming space at home/apartment
• Comfortable speaking on camera for sessions up to 5 hours

Preferred

• Prior TikTok Live or live streaming experience
• Background in retail or sales is a strong plus if no live experience
