Job Description

Responsibilities

TikTok Shop GMV growth
Affiliate strategy & incentive structure
Creator tiering (gifting → paid → Spark scaling)
Hero SKU selection & bundle strategy
Promo cadence & AOV optimization
LIVE shopping strategy (hosts, offers, calendar, targets)
Agency & TSP accountability
Weekly reporting on GMV, CVR, AOV, margin

Requirements

Proven TikTok Shop experience (not just influencer marketing)
Experience scaling affiliate-driven GMV
Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm & conversion mechanics
Data-driven decision making
Comfortable running tests and iterating quickly
Highly organized and execution-focused

Preferred

Fashion / beauty / jewelry experience is a plus
