Responsibilities

• Manage MotoMedi's TikTok account and day-to-day activity
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly TikTok content calendars
• Plan, film, edit, and publish engaging TikTok videos consistently throughout the week
• Create content featuring our food, employees, behind-the-scenes moments, and restaurant experiences
• Confidently appear on camera and participate in TikTok videos, trends, and creative concepts
• Research TikTok trends, sounds, and creative opportunities
• Develop strategies to increase followers, views, engagement, and brand awareness
• Write captions, select hashtags, and optimize content for TikTok
• Monitor and respond to comments and audience engagement
• Review TikTok analytics and track account growth

Requirements

• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, content creation, and organic growth
• Experience creating and managing TikTok content
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable being on camera
• Confident filming themselves, speaking directly to the camera, and participating in TikTok trends
• Creative and willing to try new ideas and step outside their comfort zone
• Ability to independently plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Strong eye for short-form video, storytelling, and engaging content
• Comfortable filming and editing videos using an iPhone
• Familiarity with CapCut, TikTok editing tools, and analytics
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of an account

Preferred

• Preferred: Experience growing a TikTok account and examples of previous TikTok content or accounts managed.
