Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end launch coordination for Anza's major 2026 launches and ecosystem milestones across partners.
  • Drive the marketing motion for the Agave release cycle including 4.2, and build a repeatable release playbook.
  • Translate consensus changes and technical improvements into clear messaging for validators, developers, and the ecosystem; write launch posts and explainers.
  • Manage Anza's X presence end-to-end, setting editorial direction and coordinating launch-day social with the community.
  • Build relationships with crypto media and coordinate with the Solana Foundation on joint narrative and timing.
  • Own the operational backbone of Anza's marketing and communications motion with content calendars and cross-team alignment.
  • Develop messaging frameworks for Agave and Anza’s product surface to ensure consistency across touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Background: A former engineer who moved into marketing, or several years of technical marketing in infrastructure, developer tools, or protocol-level crypto.
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to read code descriptions and specs and form a point of view; familiarity with validator clients or networking is a plus.
  • Launch Experience: Track record of running complex multi-stakeholder launches end-to-end in technical product environments.
  • Writing: Excellent technical writing and verbal skills; can ship launch posts that engineers respect and non-experts follow.
  • Project Management: Strong cross-functional execution without friction; capable of holding partners accountable without heavy processes.
  • Ecosystem Knowledge: Knowledge of Solana/Web3; familiarity with Agave, validator clients, SIMDs, or consensus concepts is desirable.
  • Disposition: Scrappy, low ego, self-motivated and ready to dive in.

Preferred

  • Existing relationships with crypto media or developer communities.
  • Experience coordinating launches across multiple independent organizations (foundations, client teams, ecosystem partners).
  • Active participation in Bitcoin/Ethereum/Solana projects or open-source communities.
