Job Summary

Shape Nile’s market narrative and enable GTM across product, sales, and partners by crafting differentiated messaging, storytelling, and collateral that connect security innovation to business outcomes.

  • Own differentiated messaging and positioning aligned with product roadmaps and customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to validate proof points and drive compelling narratives and assets.
  • Partner with Sales and Channels to create enablement material and launch collateral that accelerates adoption and revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop differentiated messaging and positioning that highlights Nile’s unique value proposition in networking and security.
  • Narratives & Storytelling: Craft compelling stories and visual narratives for customers, prospects, and partners that connect technical innovation to business outcomes.
  • Content Development: Own the creation of key marketing assets including solution briefs, videos, customer presentations, case studies, sales playbooks, and website content.
  • Go-to-Market Enablement: Partner with Sales and Channel teams to build enablement material that equips field teams and partners to effectively sell Nile’s solutions.
  • Launch & Campaign Support: Work with cross-functional teams to support product launches, campaigns, and events with consistent messaging and impactful collateral.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay close to customer pain points, market dynamics, and competitive trends to ensure messaging remains relevant and differentiated.
  • Collaboration: Work side-by-side with Product Managers and Engineering teams to align on roadmap priorities, proof points, and technical validation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Marketing, Product Marketing or related roles in the industry.
  • Strong background in infrastructure technology—preferably wired and/or wireless networking, security, or cloud.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
  • Proven experience building compelling product and customer narratives.
  • Demonstrated success developing marketing content and sales collateral that drives adoption and revenue.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work out of our San Jose, CA office at least 3 to 4-days a week
