Talent Manager (Influencer Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Talent Management - Manage and grow the roster - Be point of contact for your assigned roster Outreach - Outreach and negotiate with brands, influencers and agencies - Create weekly list of brands that are a good fit for our talent roster Support SR Talent Manager - Assist on pitch deck creation for proposal meetings - Attend brand and influencer calls to support - Schedule and coordinate our influencer roster via GroupChats with them Campaign Management - Communicate and work with the with the Campaign Team - Handle campaign coordination for brand deals with our roster - Submit a report after each campaign of the results - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned talent and brands

Requirements

• Minimum: 3-5 years of influencer marketing OR Talent Management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite OR Microsoft Office Suite
• Not Required/Preferred: Hubspot, Monday.com, Canva, Slack
