Lead omni-channel digital and social media leadership for a large agency practice, guiding a 40+ person team and 4 VPs while shaping client strategy and internal standards.

Own omni-channel media solutions across social, digital, and programmatic with end-to-end campaign management and vendor relations.
Lead training, mentorship, and capability building for assistants; grow senior client relationships and internal agency partnerships.
Translate data signals and industry trends into POVs and client opportunities, updating that lens with syndicated data and measurement assets.

Job Description

Lead a 40+ person team; Oversee 4 VPs who manage a large portfolio of multiple pillars and ensure social/digital planning and buying execution excellence
Knowledge of search, audio and programmatic as well as B2B
Provide leadership/motivation and convey the vision and values of Zenith to media staff
Collaborate with all media channel team leads to develop and execute holistic omni-channel media solutions
Plays a leading role in all aspects of campaign management including vendor liaison and reporting
Provide thought leadership, consultation and act as a voice for digital/social media
Establish and grow relationships with senior media clients, as well as be a key agency contact and internal agency partner
Work with VPs to continue to identify the development and documentation of social/paid social best practices and formal training to improve operational efficiencies within the team and the group
Enjoy being a key partner to digital/social media publishers and partners with an eye to identifying client innovation opportunities
Stay apprised of new technologies and trends and a keen understanding of digital/social landscape to incorporate into media driven solutions and business building ideas

B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or related field
12+ years of digital media buying/planning experience
8+ years of management experience
Experience planning digital campaigns for products in both the B2C and B2B space and ability to confidently present these to clients both on the phone and in-person
Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills
Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills
Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.
Must possess/develop a strong understanding of the technology marketplace including awareness of key publishers, products and trends
Experience presenting to clients and cross-functional teams

Experience with Prisma and DCM preferred
Experience with Research tools such as Nielsen, Comscore preferred
