Job Summary

Own the marketing strategy and drive cross-functional execution to accelerate SCS Energy growth, combining market insights with demand-gen programs, compelling content, and enablement assets to support business development.

  • Growth Enablement: Lead annual goals, KPIs, budgets, and integrated campaigns that boost awareness and thought leadership while aligning with sales priorities.
  • Content & Enablement: Create high-impact assets (white papers, case studies, videos) and provide tools for proposals and capture efforts to empower business development.
  • Analytics & Partnerships: Analyze market trends and competitor insights, track performance via analytics and CRM, and coordinate with line leaders and external vendors to stay aligned.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Business Unit Director to develop and execute a comprehensive strategic marketing plan that supports the SCS Energy business unit growth initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, client insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing and business development strategies.
  • Lead development of annual marketing goals, KPIs, and budgets; monitor and report on performance.
  • Enhance brand positioning across strategic markets.
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns that increase awareness and reinforce the company's thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across channels and platforms.
  • Lead creation and distribution of high-impact content including white papers, case studies, videos, and social media.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives.
  • Support go-to-market strategy for service offerings.
  • Develop marketing assets and tools to support business development teams in proposal and capture efforts.
