Job Summary

Own end-to-end marketing for SPX programs, guiding GTM, messaging, channels, and measurement from roadmap to launch and adoption.

  • Own the marketing strategy end-to-end with product and technology teams.
  • Define GTM strategy, messaging, and content at scale.
  • Ground decisions with seller insights and set success metrics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Product marketing ownership. Act as the single point of contact for marketing on emerging SPX programs. Own the marketing strategy end-to-end with the product and technology teams, from roadmap input through launch and into adoption.
  • Go-to-market and adoption strategy. Own GTM strategy for your portfolio — positioning, targeting, segmentation, launch planning, and post-launch adoption campaigns. Build value propositions tailored to seller cohorts, and build GTM frameworks that hold up across launches rather than being rebuilt each time.
  • Seller messaging and content strategy. Own at-scale seller messaging for your launches. Define content strategy across formats — written, video, interactive tools, in-product — and run a test-and-learn approach to channel mix and creative.
  • Channel partnership and prioritization. Translate strategy into channel briefs for the shared channel marketing team and prioritize your asks against the team's intake framework. Make explicit trade-off calls on what does and does not get marketing support.
  • Seller insights and measurement. Use seller research, feedback, and sentiment data to ground positioning and messaging decisions. Define the success metrics for each launch up front, report against them, and feed what you learn back into the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
  • Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value

Benefits

  • health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage)
  • 401(k) matching
  • paid time off
  • parental leave
