Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution across the GVH portfolio, including new launches, service expansions, and SMR program milestones, ensuring differentiated positioning and a unified GVH narrative
  • Build compelling, audience-specific narratives that translate technical capabilities (fuel performance, plant services, SMR technology, digital tools) into clear customer and business value
  • Serve as a market and customer expert on how utilities, plant operators, and emerging customers evaluate and buy; track competitive dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory developments to inform positioning, packaging, and GTM recommendations
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Commercial teams to shape how offerings are packaged, positioned, and brought to market
  • Lead sales enablement efforts — developing messaging, tools, training, and playbooks tailored to the distinct buying processes for fuel, services, SMR, and software customers
  • Define and track product marketing metrics (launch adoption, pipeline contribution, win rates, enablement usage) and connect initiatives to commercial outcomes, partnering with Commercial Operations to trace impact on deal wins and revenue growth
  • Create and manage thought leadership content, executive presentations, and customer/analyst/press narratives that elevate GVH's market position
  • Provide visibility to stakeholders on launch status, positioning decisions, and program ROI, reporting business impact to leadership to guide investment decisions

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience, including experience marketing complex, technical, or highly regulated products/solutions
  • Experience in B2B product marketing required; experience in energy, industrial, or technical/engineering-driven markets strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field

Preferred

  • Experience marketing in energy, nuclear, industrial technology, or other critical infrastructure sectors
  • Comfort working across highly technical, regulated offerings (fuel, engineering services) and innovation-led offerings (SMR, digital tools), with demonstrated success developing differentiated positioning in competitive or emerging markets
  • Experience establishing and tracking product marketing KPIs (e.g., pipeline influence, win rates, content utilization) and using data to demonstrate commercial impact
  • Experience leading product launches and GTM execution across engineering, commercial, and regulatory stakeholders, with strong technical fluency to engage credibly with engineers, plant operators, and technical buyers
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for technical and executive audiences, and to enable direct/technical sales and partner teams with high-impact content and tools
  • Strong business and analytical acumen, with ability to use market research and customer insight to inform positioning and GTM strategy
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with excellent collaboration and stakeholder management across a broad, cross-functional organization
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities and varying levels of market maturity
  • Passion for the role nuclear energy plays in decarbonization and energy security
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple, varied product lines or offerings simultaneously
