Responsibilities

• Develop and own the content strategy aligned to product priorities, GTM plans, and customer growth initiatives
• Translate product positioning and messaging into clear, compelling narratives across formats and channels
• Build and maintain scalable messaging frameworks, content playbooks, and asset templates
• Serve as a cross-functional content lead, partnering with GTM and Client Adoption teams to support campaign needs
• Define content requirements and priorities across campaigns, launches, and lifecycle initiatives
• Manage agency relationships and oversee external content development (e.g., videos, digital assets)
• Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across all customer-facing materials
• Establish content production workflows and governance to improve speed and quality
• Review and approve key assets including presentations, one-pagers, emails, and event materials
• Incorporate performance insights and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine content strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, product marketing, or B2B marketing
• Strong experience developing messaging frameworks and sales enablement content
• Experience managing creative agencies or external vendors
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing direct reports
• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and quality
