Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial strategy for Content Cloud, including positioning, packaging, launches, buyer narratives, and field readiness.
  • Own the renewal and expansion narrative for our largest installed base, including opportunities to grow adoption of Assets and Launch.
  • Lead competitive strategy, including battlecards, win/loss insights, enterprise RFP/RFI support, and translating competitive deal intelligence into product strategy.
  • Own pricing, packaging, ICP, and core value propositions, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Define and measure adoption goals for launches, using data and customer feedback to improve go-to-market strategies.
  • Bring the voice of the customer and market into our strategy through regular customer conversations, analyst briefings, and competitive research.
  • Represent Contentstack externally through live demos, webinars, customer roundtables, ContentCon, and other market-facing opportunities.
  • Raise the bar for the product marketing team through mentorship, collaboration, and strategic leadership without direct management responsibility.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including at least 4 years marketing a headless CMS, DXP, DAM, or content infrastructure product. Deep category experience is critical.
  • Hands-on enterprise DAM or content management experience, including familiarity with RFPs and complex enterprise buying processes.
  • Proven experience owning pricing and packaging for a product line and confidently defending your commercial decisions.
  • You can demo a product live and unscripted without relying on a sales engineer. This will be tested during the interview process.
  • Experience positioning against enterprise incumbents and challengers, with a track record of applying lessons from both wins and losses.
  • A demonstrated track record of driving adoption after launch, using data to understand what worked and what needs to change.
  • Strong communication, executive presence, and influence skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and the executive team.
  • You value a collaborative, fun culture!

Preferred

  • Additional experience with DAM, retail/commerce, developer audiences, partner ecosystems, product-led growth, or answer engine/search optimization is a plus.

Benefits

  • Interesting Work | We hire curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. This is NOT your boring, routine, cushy, rest-and-vest corporate job. This is the “challenge yourself” role where you learn something new every day, never stop growing, and have fun while you’re doing it.
  • Tribe Vibe | We are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. We have a strict “no a**hole policy” and enforce it diligently. This means we spend time together - with spontaneous office happy hours, organized outings, and community volunteer opportunities. We are a diverse and distributed team, but we like to stay connected.
  • Bragging Rights | We are dreamers and dream makers. Our efforts pay off and we work with the most prestigious brands, from big-name retailers to airlines, to professional sports teams. Your contribution will make an impact with many of the most recognizable names in almost every industry including AirFrance KLM, ASICS, Burberry, Mattel, Mitsubishi, Walmart, and many more!
  • One Team One Dream | This is one of our values, and it shows. We don’t believe in artificial hierarchies. If you’re part of the tribe, you have an opportunity to contribute. Your voice will be heard and you will also receive regular updates about the business and its performance. Which, btw, is through the roof, so it’s a great time to be joining…

A great brand means nothing if it doesn’t connect with its audiences.Around the world, companies are falling short of their full brand expression, failing to capitalize on how they show up and interact with their audiences. And failing to break through the noise of their crowded marketplaces.Don’t blame them for a lack of vision. Blame it on the technology. The disjointed stacks of tools that don’t play well with each other. The inefficient workflows that waste time and frustrate everyone. The missing or mediocre data that might describe who a customer is, but give no clue to what they actually want. The old systems might’ve worked at one time. But times have changed, and a new era of digital experiences has arrived. Data-driven. AI-informed. Faster. More efficient. And we’re the ones driving it.At Contentstack, we aren’t just turning the page on digital experiences. We’ve rewritten the entire playbook from the ground up. And it all begins with the understanding that, to create something really special, we must first unlock data and content from the siloes they’ve been operating within. That means getting to know customers as people with unique wants and needs. And based on that understanding, deploying content that serves their interests.Put personalization front and center. Create memorable moments that matter to your audiences. Flex your brand in new and exciting ways. Do better, more creative work, using the tools of your choice and pave the way for bold new ideas. Find your voice. Cut through the noise. And express your brand to the fullest.
