Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product experiences in collaboration with third-party brands and Product, Design, Marketing, PR, and Business Development teams
  • Define and launch high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement, in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing and PR
  • Develop compelling messaging and content that balance functional and emotional benefits to support the end-to-end user journey
  • Identify key customer needs and market opportunities to inform marketing strategies and product roadmap
  • Establish and track key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, own reporting, and optimize marketing initiatives based on data
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product experiences in collaboration with third-party brands and Product, Design, Marketing, PR, and Business Development teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience bringing new products to market and building go-to-market plans from the ground up

Preferred

  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
  • Experience delivering results and generating transformational growth
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to articulate value to technical and non-technical audiences
