Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a Sr. Paid Media Analyst you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign analytics, including strategy, tracking, reporting, optimization, and analysis.
  • Lead analytics strategy and reporting across Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, CTV/OTT, Display, and traditional media
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for client campaigns
  • Analyze performance data to uncover trends, optimization opportunities, and budget reallocation recommendations
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams
  • Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Partner cross-functionally with Media, Strategy, Creative, and Account teams
  • Improve reporting automation and stay current on platform and privacy changes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of paid media + marketing analytics experience (agency or in-house)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
  • Experience analyzing full-funnel advertising performance
  • Proven ability to translate campaign data into a narrative story with optimization recommendations
  • Experience building dashboards in BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • Experience presenting campaign reporting directly to clients
  • Strong understanding of key media KPIs
  • Ability to manage multiple clients independently in an agency environment
