  • Oversee end-to-end social content production across multiple channels

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the Operating Model
  • - Architect and evolve the end-to-end social creative operating model across intake, prioritization, production, and delivery.
  • - Establish the governance frameworks, operational standards, and planning processes that let execution scale across global social channels.
  • - Own the full brief-to-delivery workflow: intake governance, routing logic, approval pathways, and handoffs across Social, Brand Creative, Strategy, and paid media — including Writers Room intake sequencing.
  • - Drive prioritization, scope management, and operational tradeoff decisions that protect execution quality, team focus, and delivery timelines across Ninja, Shark Home, and Shark Beauty.
  • - Build repeatable process where none exists — briefing templates, review cycles, approval paths — so output scales without sacrificing quality.
  • - Identify where volume is being lost to inefficiency, and fix it.
  • Plan Resources, Capacity, and Budget
  • - Lead resource, capacity, and budget planning aligned to quarterly and annual social go-to-market priorities across all three brands.
  • - Own team utilization tracking, production forecasting, and freelancer/agency planning.

Requirements

  • 7-8 years in creative operations, social media operations, marketing operations, or production operations within high-growth, multi-channel organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling the operational systems that support a social creative or brand organization.
  • Proven success leading resource planning, prioritization, and cross-functional execution across complex global initiatives, and establishing governance frameworks and scalable workflows within matrixed organizations.
  • Real production experience — you've been on set, briefed a creator, and know the difference between what looks good in a deck and what actually ships.
  • Strong command of social content production workflows across organic, paid, influencer, and long-form channels.
  • Experience managing production across internal teams, external agencies, production partners, and freelance networks.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms (Smartsheet, Airtable, Asana), DAM systems, and social tooling ecosystems.
  • Experience implementing workflow automation, tooling enhancements, and AI-enabled operational improvements, and a commitment to holding AI-assisted output to the same quality standard as your own.
  • Sharp creative judgment and the confidence to say when something isn't good enough, with a clear point of view on how to fix it.
  • People leadership experience and strong operational judgment — able to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive execution at scale.

Preferred

  • Experience with celebrity, athlete, or brand ambassador content a strong plus.

Benefits

  • medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts (HSA) with company contribution, 401(k) retirement plan with matching, employee stock purchase program, life insurance, AD&D, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, generous paid time off, company holidays, parental leave, identity theft protection, pet insurance, pre-paid legal insurance, back-up child and eldercare days, product discounts, referral bonus program, and more.
