Social Media Creator & Community Host

Responsibilities

• Host a structured, engaging 60-minute livestream each day during the pilot.
• Develop opening hooks, recurring segments, discussion prompts and audience questions.
• Moderate another host’s daily session and encourage respectful, useful conversations.
• Produce two or three polished short-form clips per week within the agreed paid hours.
• Adapt content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Welcome Discord members and develop activities around their interests.
• Help coordinate approved creator and affiliate content.
• Maintain a content calendar and meet agreed production deadlines.
• Review watch time, retention, meaningful engagement and returning participation.
• Recommend improvements based on actual audience behavior and feedback.

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience creating or managing social media content.
• Existing examples of livestream hosting or extended on-camera presentation.
• Strong short-form editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or comparable tools.
• Practical knowledge of platform-specific storytelling, captions, pacing and audience engagement.
• Experience interpreting content analytics and explaining your contribution to results.
• Clear communication, reliable preparation and dependable follow-through.
• Ability to work from reviewed health information without overstating findings.

Preferred

• Experience with Discord, educational content, creator partnerships or affiliate programs is especially valuable.
