  • Manage creative, brand, legal, regulatory, rights, talent, and partner reviews; document feedback and decisions and drive timely resolution of open issues.
  • Monitor scope, schedule, resources, budget, quality, and risk across multiple concurrent workstreams; escalate decisions and recommend mitigation plans when needed.
  • Provide concise status reporting, executive-ready updates, decision logs, and action tracking that clearly communicate progress, risks, dependencies, owners, and deadlines.
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to maintain organized repositories, naming conventions, permissions, and asset-management practices in tools such as Wrike and SharePoint.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline intake, planning, approvals, and delivery; implement scalable templates, governance, operating rhythms, and performance measures.
  • Coach partners on social asset workflows and project management expectations, foster accountability, and model collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 5 years of relevant work experience with an advanced degree (for example, master’s, MBA, JD, or MD), or at least 2 years of relevant work experience with a PhD.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex project or program delivery in social media, creative production, content operations, or a related field.

Preferred

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree, 7 or more years with an advanced degree, or 3 or more years with a PhD.
  • Proven success managing large-scale, high-profile social content, campaigns, and productions for a global brand, agency, or creator-focused organization.
  • Strong command of cross-functional creative development, strategy, production, media, distribution, legal and compliance, sponsorship, and creator partnership processes.
  • Fluency in social deliverables, specifications, review requirements, and publishing workflows for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms across organic and paid media.
  • Experience managing agency and vendor relationships, scopes of work, budgets, resourcing, and delivery expectations.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Wrike, Workfront, Asana, Notion, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information, make sound recommendations, and influence cross-functional partners and senior leaders without direct authority.
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills, including the ability to tailor communication for working teams and executives.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with sound judgment and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
