Job Summary

Own end-to-end product marketing for GTF, translating technical details into customer and partner messages and driving cross-functional campaigns, events, and market engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Product Marketing Associate will be part of the team responsible for GTF product marketing to customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Interface with GTF Programs and Engineering to understand, interpret and communicate technical information on PW GTF products.
  • Synthesize technical information on GTF products into clear and concise messages for customers and Airframer partners.
  • Prepare and present relevant GTF marketing material supporting sales as part of cross-functional Customer Focus Teams (CFTs) to all levels within customers’ business and engineering functions.
  • Work closely with CFTs to provide strategy and advice to ensure PW interests are managed during sales campaigns.
  • Work with airframe manufacturers on customer marketing campaigns and product marketing content including engine developments and maintenance costs
  • Participate in industry events; market and support the sale of GTF and all future products
  • Provided support to the Lessor community through speaking events, technical briefings and other industry events
  • Maintain understanding of active campaigns and associated challenges/solutions
  • Provide insight to CE for the market based on data collected through appropriate channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business and 10 years of experience in the aviation industry, in technical and commercial roles; Or Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience as listed.
  • Extensive understanding of aircraft engine architecture, technical attributes, and aircraft and engine performance.
  • Working background of engine design and maintenance principles
  • Thorough knowledge of customer business models – airlines, aircraft and engine leasing companies.
  • Experience motivating teammates, managing across functions and collaborate with CFT.
  • Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office suite with focus on PowerPoint and CoPilot

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in engineering or MBA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Public speaking skills and executive presence for the purpose of communicating with internal and external Senior Leadership
  • Work independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing, detail oriented and passionate about quality work
