Job Description
Own the paid media engine for a beauty/DTC brand, shaping cross-channel strategy, real-time budget pushes, and a data-driven learning loop that ties media to concrete business moves.
- Own cross-channel paid media strategy and testing across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, affiliate, CTV, and more.
- Set budget allocation in real time and translate insights into action that improves margins and ROAS.
- Deliver actionable performance reviews and a clear measurement framework with cross-channel attribution.
