Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Customer Data Platform (CDP) Growth Loop strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Build and manage customer segmentation, audience activation, and personalized marketing journeys using enterprise CDP platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and engineering teams to define growth experiments and execute data-driven campaigns.
• Develop customer lifecycle strategies, behavioral triggers, and automated engagement workflows.
• Integrate CDP with CRM, marketing automation, web, mobile, and analytics platforms to enable seamless customer experiences.
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and growth metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure data quality, identity resolution, consent management, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Create dashboards and reports to measure KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and customer journey performance.
• Support A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization initiatives across digital channels.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Salesforce Data Cloud, Segment, Tealium, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with customer segmentation, audience management, and journey orchestration.
• Knowledge of Growth Loop frameworks, customer lifecycle management, and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics, and Personalization platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; familiarity with JavaScript, APIs, and data integrations is a plus.
• Understanding of identity resolution, customer profiles, consent management, and data governance.
• Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), or similar enterprise CDP solutions.
• Knowledge of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics.
• Experience in enterprise digital transformation and customer experience programs.
