Sr. Manager, Culture Marketing

Responsibilities

• Identify regional opportunities in Culture Marketing and contribute to business planning.
• Lead or support the development and implementation of region marketing activations, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
• Be the expert on local cultural trends, understanding what is relevant within local communities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, event logistics, media network, field marketing) to ensure seamless event execution.
• Assist in the development of creative concepts and communication tools for stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee or support the execution of the annual Culture Marketing business plan, including Red Bull titled and 3rd party events.
• Ensure events are executed on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand standards.
• Participate in project kick-offs, post-mortem evaluations, and recaps to define and evaluate success.
• Collaborate with Brand, Media Network and Partnership teams to identify opportunities to amplify events and projects.
• Develop and execute below-the-line marketing strategies to support event goals.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lifestyle, experiential, and culture-related marketing.
• Strong understanding of both traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies.
• Event production experience for live music and other culture-related events.
• Proven experience managing projects from concept through to execution, including budget management.
• Knowledge of regional and national cultural trends and scenes.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
• A demonstrated ability to work in creative, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
