Growth & Demand Gen: End-to-end campaign execution and optimization across key channels.
Planning & Performance: 90-day rolling plan, KPI reporting, and budget management.
Cross-functional Leadership: Align ICP, positioning, and revenue goals with division leadership, BD, and the growth team.

Job Description

Own the marketing engine that drives qualified pipeline and revenue growth
Be accountable for numbers, strategy, budget, and results
Develop and execute a 90-day rolling marketing plan
Manage campaign performance
Optimize channel investments
Partner closely with division leadership to achieve monthly MQL and pipeline goals
Monthly MQL targets tied directly to division revenue goals
Division marketing strategy, including ICP, positioning, channel mix, and campaign planning
Marketing and business development budget allocation
End-to-end campaign execution and optimization
