Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process reviews
• Own the functional design for complex CRM initiatives, balancing business needs with platform best practices
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams to design solutions across Salesforce capabilities
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and simplifying processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of implementation experience with Salesforce.com Sales and Service clouds
• Salesforce Platform Administrator Certification
• Proven ability to lead requirements and functional design for complex CRM initiatives
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities

Preferred

• Salesforce Consultant certification in Sales and/or Service
• Experience with Salesforce integration strategy and API-based designs
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Einstein and AI features
• Experience with Salesforce Knowledge AI
• Familiarity with health benefits administration processes (HSA, FSA, COBRA, etc.)
