Job Summary

Own end-to-end content across the grocery app from discovery to post-purchase, guiding UX copy, messaging and conversational experiences with cross-functional teams and scalable guidelines.

  • Collaborate with product, design, eng, marketing and data teams across US and India to speed high‑quality content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive clear, consistent, and user-centered content across the grocery app and website, supporting the full end-to-end customer journey.
  • Partner closely with product, design, engineering, marketing, and data teams across the US and India to deliver high-quality content at speed.
  • Contribute to scalable messaging strategies that enable personalization and conversational experiences while maintaining brand voice and usability standards.
  • Write, edit, and optimize UX copy across key journeys (discovery, search, product detail, cart, checkout, and post-purchase).
  • Deliver high-quality UI copy with fast turnaround times, balancing speed with clarity and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain content guidelines, voice and tone standards, and reusable content patterns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align content with product requirements, user needs, and business goals.
  • Create and manage marketing communications, including push notifications, in-app messaging, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Build scalable messaging frameworks to support personalization initiatives and dynamic content delivery.
  • Contribute to conversational interfaces (e.g., chat, virtual assistants) with structured, task-oriented dialogue design.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product content and UI copy.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with quick turnaround requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering).
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in eCommerce, grocery, or retail domains.
  • Familiarity with personalization strategies, A/B testing, and data-informed content decisions.
  • Experience writing for conversational interfaces or AI-driven experiences.
  • Background in marketing or lifecycle communications.
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
