Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate quantitative and qualitative data collection across multiple research projects using approved methods in collaboration with the research team.
  • Translate study results and intervention tools into visually engaging, accessible formats for a variety of audiences, in partnership with research team members and collaborators.
  • Oversee data cleaning and coding, and database management for descriptive project reporting and analyses for academic journal manuscripts.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with project partners. Support collaborative research efforts through clear communication, including but not limited to sharing research and training opportunities and coordinating training enrollment.
  • Provides support with writing, editing, and reviewing scientific literature. Managing references and citations for grant proposals and academic journal articles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related social science field with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Values the contributions of others in the work environment.
  • Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred

  • Master's Degree in a related social science field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with data management, analysis and reporting with large datasets.
  • Clinical or research experience in the mental health field.
  • Experience conducting multi-site evaluation and intervention studies.
  • Lived experience with mental health and passion for partnership with young people and community providers.
