Job Summary

Support SAMI's content engine by editing podcasts and events into short-form videos and maintaining a multi-platform posting cadence.

  • Own basic video editing for reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
  • Must-have: Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Standout: Independent contributor who meets deadlines with minimal supervision.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Edit raw footage from podcasts, events, and coaching sessions into short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
  • Maintain a 2–3 post/week cadence across platforms
  • Design graphics and visual assets for LinkedIn in line with SAMI's brand
  • Help manage a 2-week content buffer in coordination with our Head of Strategy
  • Monitor community engagement and flag anything worth responding to

Requirements

  • A strong eye for pacing, captions, and short-form video trends
  • Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve; Canva or Adobe Express for design
  • Someone who can work independently and hit deadlines without hand-holding
  • Genuine interest in professional development and community building
