Own social media presence and optimization across platforms by balancing creative content with engagement and paid campaigns to drive community growth and measurable ROI.

Growth/Community: Build and nurture a brand-aligned social community across Facebook, Instagram and other channels; respond to comments and foster relationships.
Content & Creative: Produce text, image, and short-form video content that fits brand voice and platform best practices.
Performance & ROI: Plan and run paid social campaigns, track metrics, and translate data into actionable optimizations for campaigns and content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
Manage daily content creation, posting, and scheduling across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Create engaging text, image, and video content
Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to improve campaigns
Run paid social media campaigns and track ROI
Maintain brand voice and consistency across all social channels

Requirements

1–3+ years of marketing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
Video editing and short-form content creation skills
Basic knowledge of SEO, content and influencer marketing, and digital advertising
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to commute to Birmingham, AL (Required)
