Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Assist with the development of social media content calendars that support marketing campaigns, company initiatives and events.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content, images, videos, and stories for social media channels.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies to develop engaging campaigns, graphics, videos, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with the partner marketing team to schedule, promote, and amplify partner marketing initiatives across social channels.
  • Research and recommend emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices to expand audience reach and engagement.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and provide feedback to marketing and include data in quarterly partner reports.
  • Review social media copy to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Respond to inquiries and engage with followers in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred

  • Internship experience in marketing, communications, or social media.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Experience creating content using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
  • Experience with creating and posting content to SharePoint.
