Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, film, edit, and post short videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)
- Create content that grows our followers and brings salon owners and nail techs into the store
- Read our social media insights (views, watch time, reach, follows, clicks) and use them to decide what to post next
- Test new ideas, adjust quickly, and improvise when something is not working
- Work with our team in the store to show products, deals, and behind-the-scenes moments
Requirements
- Proven experience posting on social media for a business or personal brand
- Examples of videos you made that performed well or went viral (please share links)
- Comfortable reading analytics and turning the numbers into a plan
- Able to improvise, think fast, and follow trends
- Comfortable being on camera and working with our staff
- Reliable, positive, and a good fit for a close family team
- This is an in-person position at our store in Lynnwood, WA. It is not remote or hybrid.
- You must live locally.
