Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions, including comments, messages, and reviews, in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and achieve marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and performance tracking.
• Engage with online communities and influencers to build relationships and foster partnerships.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and consistent posting.

Requirements

• College graduate
• The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to learn and grow with the company
• Pest Control Experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in handling Social Media
• Working computer
• Comfortable working in EST
