Responsibilities

• Coordinate Social Media Specialist tasks across campaigns, content, communications, client requests, and reporting priorities for Harvest Advertising.
• Maintain campaign calendars, asset status, approvals, and supporting documentation so marketing work moves on schedule. This supports the Social Media Specialist role. The work is completed for Harvest Advertising.
• Review performance data and prepare clear updates that connect Social Media Specialist activity with measurable campaign or audience outcomes. The work is completed for Harvest Advertising.
• Work with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, or creative partners to keep deliverables accurate, consistent, and on brand. This supports the Social Media Specialist role. The work is completed for Harvest Advertising.
• Quality-check campaign information, content, records, and handoffs before completion and document important changes or decisions. This supports the Social Media Specialist role. The work is completed for Harvest Advertising.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform Social Media Specialist work, or closely related training/experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software for Harvest Advertising.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions in the Social Media Specialist workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote Social Media Specialist position.
