Job Description

Responsibilities

Creates content on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, WhatsApp) including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement and promoting social media campaigns
Captures and analyzes appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices
Moderates user-generated content and ensure it is in line with company policies for each platform
Conducts reviews of social media and related communications metrics and analytics in order to brainstorm ideas to improve content for the department’s primary social media channels
Creates and syncs calendar events with social media
Monitors and evaluates the company’s social media presence on all social media platforms.
Works with a wide range of media and uses Abobe Creative Cloud
Creates and monitors onsite facility events
Creates video and photo content
Follows all safety policies and procedures

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
