Job Summary

Own and coordinate casino social media across campaigns, events, and guest engagement while driving multi-channel content production, scheduling, and performance reporting.

  • Campaign and content ownership: manage social programs across platforms, production, and event coverage to promote the property.
  • Community and events focus: staff and cover internal events, Player Club promotions, and community initiatives to build visibility.
  • Measurement and optimization: track platform performance, reports, and ensure accurate records for marketing programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all casino campaigns with Marketing Department management for social media coverage.
  • Coordinate and create production, postings, schedules, contests, and engagement for each of the company’s social media platforms that are current, relevant, or trending to ensure positive promotion of the property.
  • Ensure support for all facility departments.
  • Coordinate with and support the Legacy Rewards Player Club events and promotions.
  • Responsible for social media productions, including photography, filming, and editing content.
  • Coordinate social media coverage of current or scheduled events on or off company property, and staffing of events with department Team Members.
  • Develop social media marketing campaigns and strategies with the Marketing Manager by studying economic indicators, identifying guests, and monitoring competition for each media platform.
  • Assist with advertising traffic plan and implementation to work simultaneously with digital marketing schedule.
  • Plans and executes social media efforts to work, build, and support company’s SEO/SEM status and website traffic, views, and visits.
  • Measures and reports performance of all social media platforms and campaigns.
  • Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of records and reports.
  • Assist in coordination of website and social media coverage of public relations efforts including, but not limited to press conferences, tribal events, political events, property tours, press releases, chamber events, etc.
  • Coordinates and plans social media coverage of all donation/sponsorship approvals for community support.
  • Oversees social media production, content, and coverage.
  • Respond to Guest’s comments on behalf of the company.
  • Coordinates with company departments to produce, edit, and create video and digital content.
  • Attends internal and external events as needed to develop community relations.
  • Must be knowledgeable with all services, products, promotions, and events offered on property.
  • Coordinate with Community Liaison Coordinator for social media coverage on community events in the company’s markets to ensure company exposure.
  • Prepares reports on events and various marketing programs from social media.
