  • Standout: proven SEO focus to outrank forums and recruit more pilots.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Turn pilot interview anxiety into content that somehow gets 100K views
  • Post things pilots actually care about:
  • “How to get a CJO”
  • “Should I wear a tie to my Breeze interview?”
  • “Why do I keep getting TBNTs?”
  • “Do I need to disclose that a cop told me to leave a Yankees game?”
  • Create reels, clips, and posts that make pilots say: “Okay yeah… these are the guys that will get me hired.”
  • SEO (Search Engine Sorcery) Make us show up first when someone types:
  • “Airline Interview Prep”
  • “How did James get a Delta interview and I didn’t”

Requirements

  • Know what a CJO is (and why it matters more than anything)
  • Can edit video without making it look like a 2007 YouTube tutorial
  • Have heard the phrase "yeah but at my airline...."

Preferred

  • Hold a pilot certificate (or at least speak fluent pilot)
  • Aspiring airline pilot
