Engage with prospective patients and support scheduling and consultations
Coordinate with the Patient Coordinator to convert inquiries into booked visits

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and post daily Instagram Stories, Reels, photos, and videos.
Develop engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
Capture and edit photos and videos of our practice, team, and patient experiences.
Update website content, procedure pages, and before-and-after galleries.
Manage social media engagement, comments, and direct messages.
Assist with digital marketing campaigns and promotional content.
Communicate with prospective patients through social media, phone, and messaging platforms.
Assist with lead follow-ups and scheduling consultations.
Support the Patient Coordinator in converting inquiries into booked consultations and surgeries.
Help maintain patient information and follow-up activities in our CRM.

Requirements

Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Reels, TikTok, and social media trends.
Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other photo/video editing tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Creative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Friendly, outgoing personality with a professional appearance and demeanor.
Comfortable working directly with patients and supporting a busy medical practice.
Spanish proficiency is a plus.
