Job Description

Responsibilities

Research and reach out to influencers and content creators on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Assist with influencer campaigns, collaborations, and outreach tracking
Help create, prepare, and organize social media content
Stay up to date on social media trends and emerging creators
Assist with brand events, influencer events, pop-ups, and live streams
Assist with order fulfillment, returns, exchanges, and inventory
Update spreadsheets, records, and internal tracking documents
Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks
Support the team with additional projects as needed

Requirements

Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Strong communication skills
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Google Workspace, and basic computer programs
Interest in fashion, social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce

Preferred

Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
Previous related experience is a plus, but not required
