Responsibilities

• Manage our social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.): plan the calendar, write, post, engage and grow our audience
• Come up with and film fun, authentic content with our team: short videos, behind-the-scenes, tips and team culture
• Manage our engagement with Kaseya’s MSP Success marketing program: coordinate campaigns, use their content and resources, and keep deliverables on track
• Work with our outside web and marketing agency on website updates, blog posts and campaigns
• Write and publish blog and email content
• Help plan and promote client events and webinars
• Track results and share simple monthly reports on what’s working

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on social media and content marketing experience (portfolio or examples required)
• Strong writing skills and an eye for good visuals
• Comfort shooting and editing short-form video (phone + CapCut/Canva-level tools is fine)
• Experience with a CRM or marketing platform such as HubSpot or Keap
• Self-directed, organized and reliable with deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred

• Experience in B2B, tech, IT or MSP marketing
• Familiarity with co-marketing programs
• SEO, email automation and paid ads (PPC) experience
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe)
• Event planning experience
