Job Description
Responsibilities
- Shipping & Order Fulfillment
- Review and process online orders through Shopify and related shipping systems.
- Pick the correct products, sizes, colors, and quantities for each order.
- Inspect merchandise for accuracy and condition before packing.
- Pack orders securely and professionally according to company standards.
- Generate shipping labels, verify shipping information, and prepare packages for carrier pickup or drop-off.
- Update order statuses and tracking information accurately.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, missing items, damaged products, and fulfillment delays.
- Coordinate with store staff and the online operations team to resolve order issues.
- Assist with returns and exchanges according to company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of real-world marketing experience, including hands-on social media content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Ability to create engaging photos and short-form videos.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow order-processing procedures and verify product details accurately.
- Comfortable balancing operational responsibilities with creative assignments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Willingness to perform hands-on shipping duties, including picking, packing, and organizing merchandise.
- A portfolio or examples of social media accounts, content, or campaigns you have worked on.
Preferred
- Experience in shipping, order fulfillment, retail operations, or inventory management.
- Familiarity with Shopify, shipping platforms, and label-printing systems.
- Experience with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle marketing.
- Experience working with influencers or community partnerships.
- Familiarity with returns, exchanges, and online customer service.
