Responsibilities

• Managing 12–22 social media accounts
• Weekly content scheduling (Meta Business Suite or similar tools)
• Caption writing and hashtag strategy
• Community management (DMs + comments as needed)
• Monthly performance reporting and analysis
• Content planning with internal designer
• Client communication and updates
• Suggesting improvements and growth initiatives to team and client when appropriate

Requirements

• 2–5+ years managing social media accounts (agency experience strongly preferred)
• Previous experience managing 10-15+ clients simultaneously
• Proficient with Meta Business Suite (or scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, Metricool or similar platforms)
• Comfortable pulling analytics and interpreting performance data
• Strong copywriting ability for captions
• Highly organized and deadline-driven
