Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Respond to audience interactions and manage community engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and new platform features.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content strategies.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage deadlines effectively.
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of branding and visual consistency.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing is an advantage.
