Job Summary

Own and optimize the social media ecosystem for multiple brands, turning content creation, paid social, and community engagement into measurable guest acquisition and reservations.

  • Own social content strategy and publishing across platforms, including new channels, with brand-consistent messaging.
  • Lead content capture and production of photo/video assets to showcase park experiences and events and feed campaigns.
  • Manage paid social campaigns and analytics to lift awareness and drive bookings while staying on brand.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across all company brands and properties.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels.
  • Capture and create high-quality photo and video content showcasing park amenities, events, guest experiences, and local attractions.
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with guests and followers.
  • Create and distribute monthly newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with park management teams to promote events, special offers, seasonal campaigns, and community partnerships.
  • Analyze social media and marketing performance metrics and provide regular reporting and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive reservations.
  • Stay current with social media trends, digital marketing best practices, and platform updates.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and content creation best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and digital analytics software.
  • Excellent content editing skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling marketing campaigns that drive engagement and business growth.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, creative, detailed, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to establish rapport and successful working relationships with managers, staff, vendors, community partners, and guests.
